Hi, I'm Reesa and I'm a dork, so I made a whole separate journal for my World of Warcraft stuff, mostly about my character, Lala, a night elf hunter. ^^

Backstory: Raised closely with the honored Shadowsong family, Lala is a well-liked, well-mannered lady with a wild side. She has always had a close relationship with nature's creatures, so decided to use her talents to become a professional hunter. Her first companion, a nightsabre she named Skittlebutt, met a tragic end when her world suddenly went all black and everything around her disappeared; when it was back to normal, she was alive, but weakened and could not find Skittlebutt. (ie, the end of open beta) She took an owl and fondly called him Dingleberry, and he is still travelling with her loyally, though she does admit he can be a little dumb.

Although she had decided on her profession, she was still uncertain of her path in life. She decided to travel and see if she would somehow find a calling amidst the wilds of another land. She met many people and gained many new friends, including Vandal (another elf hunter), Laurana (ANOTHER night elf hunter), and Kaylin (night elf rogue). <3 She joined a guild made by her friends from home called the Manji Clan and is a proud officer; she wears the guild tabard with pride in all her travels. She is treated with respect, although she is a well-known lesbian and is reputed to have gotten away with tweaking Tyrande Whisperwind's butt numerous times.

She ventured across Ashenvale and through human territory in Azeroth, making friends and exploiting enemies as she gained more worldly experience and strength. Her life calling, however, ended up being in the remote desert of the Desolace, completely unexpected.

In between collecting kodo bones, she saw two hulking figures walking along the path. Curious, she crept silently toward them; one was a giant bear, the other a legendary Mok'nathal, a half orc/ogre. She smirked as she relaized that this must be Rexxar, the Champion of the Horde, and his companion, Misha; she had heard he regularly patrolled Desolace, searching for rifraf to drive out. Not impressed, she called softly to her owl and send him forward with a kiss on his beak. She set a fire trap at her feet and nocked an arrow. Let's see how this Rexxar fairs against my marksmanship, she thought wickedly. Taking aim with a small smile, she loosed the arrow.

Lala's eyes widened as the arrowed bounced off his spiked shoulder armor and he turned around, searching for the source of the attack. She froze, her mouth wide open as jagged breaths escaped, as they locked eyes, his narrowing as he began to lumber toward her. She scrambled backwards, realizing how easily he could dispatch her. He knocked Dingleberry away as the owl tried to claw his face and began a full sprint toward the elf.

She clumsily tried to get to her feet but his axe had already fallen upon her. The one hit killed her.

Her spirit released and she pondered as she floated back to her body. What an impressive display! Rexxar probably did not realize what an impression he had made, but Lala came to a decision as life flowed back into her veins. Her friends were shocked as she told them her plan.

Killing Rexxar would not be enough. She wanted his babies.

So it began.
